If remedial classes are easy at a school is it safe to assume that it’s an easy school?

A remedial class is there to help a student come up the academic level they need to be at to tackle university level classes.

A student who has had math up to calculus in high school would not be taking a remedial math class, which they would find easy.  A remedial math class is for a student who had low math grades or who scored low on math on the SAT/ACT exam.  They wouldn’t find the remedial class easy.
