It's ok, but personally I think it can be a little bland and samey some times.

Most people in the UK would not have ever tried real Mexican food and I have never tried any food in the UK which claimed to be Mexican that tastes anything like real Mexican food and that also  includes from what was claimed to be an 'authentic Mexican restaurant'...there are very few Mexican communities in the UK which means 'Mexican food' to most will be prepacked/chilled 'Mexican style' meals

Like every type of food, some do and some don't.

    I certainly like it.

Many do though it’s debatable how authentic it is. Tex- mex is what it really is.

What does this have to do with travel?

Not really.  Some supermarkets sell 'make your own' boxes but I don't know anyone who buys them.

Not very popular in most places.

    Many do; some don't.

Just like people from everywhere else, probably.
