y(π/2) = (1/7)cos(9π/6) - (1/6)sin(9π/6) = 0 - (-1/6) = 1/6. Answer: 2 inches
v(t) = -9/7 sin(9t) - (9/6) cos(9t)
v(π/6) = (-9/7)(-1) - (9/6)(0) = 9/7 ft/sec.
