Is it safe if I only drink hot boiling water out of the faucet?

I put the hot water in the freezer to cool off first.

Not really, because galvanized plumbing pipes can often discharge contaminants

unless you have one of those things that makes really hot water at the tap you shouldn't be getting boiling water out of your tap if this is happening you have a critical emergency! You need to immediately shut off your hot water tank at the breaker and open the hot water valve on your faucet and your tub before your hot water heater explodes if that happens with you in the house well it's not a very pretty thing.

Hot water from the faucet is more likely to pick up lead from the plumbing if it is at all present.

The water out of a faucet is not boiling.  Hot water heaters are set at about 120 degrees F.  To decontaminate water you need to boil it.
