    pay stubs, tax returns.   unemployment is temporary and usually maxes out at 6 months.

    under the current circumstances, SOME landlords might accept unemployment if you are just laid off due to covid, and they expect you to return to work soon....because so many people are unemployed....and getting more income now than when they were working.

    Unemployment benefits run out after a certain period of time. So if you do not have a job ny then, you will not be able to pay the rent.
