How do Christians feel about Trump waving a Bible in front of church and then leaving without praying?

Does waving a Bible on camera, that is, a "photo op", amount to praying, especially when Trump did not contact one member of the clergy or congregation of said church?

It means he supports putting their policies into law, I don't think they really care if he's a true Christian.

He is a devout Christian and a man of faith.

Perhaps, Trump was simply adhering to Jesus' admonition, thus, "And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you." (Matthew 6:5-6)

Actually, it was prayer that Jesus said to "keep in secret", not profession of faith. In fact, just the opposite.

He is not a SuperChristian. But he has done more for Christians and Christianity than any president in the past half-century.

    He's president, not a pastor.

Trump doesn't need to act like a pastor, just a president, someone who is concerned about all citizens rather than getting re-elected through insincere photo-ops.

The Christians who support him will claim that is evidence of his Christianity.
