Is it ever possible to rear end another car and not feel or even notice anything?

    If you're not paying attention.

    If you're severely distracted.

    If you're drunk.  Or high.

If you aren't qualified to drive.

I just saw a video of a fuel truck driver at an airport who hit the wings of 2 large aircraft.  Duh!

I suppose that if you were driving with the back seat full of things and stuff,  and you had to brake hard to try to avoid the car ahead of you, and all that things and stuff that used to be in the back seat, came flying forward hitting you and the dash and landed in the front seat.  It all that confusion, you might not notice.

But I would generally doubt that you would not notice.

Nope, cars are big objects.  You will feel the bump, no matter how small.
