how nutritious is cooked lime juice? ?

    vitamin C is somewhat destroyed in cooked but it also is once it hits the light and air.  As far as I know, no one cooks and drinks enough lime juice to make it an issue.

    I've never heard of any kind of fruit juice being cooked. Juice isn't normally thought of as “raw” or “cooked”.

    I know that vitamin C and other nutrients can be destroyed by heat. It depend on how and for how long you “cooked” it I guess.
