We unfortunately don't control where our bodies store fat that's all up to our genes. Genes load the gun and lifestyle pulls the trigger. Try eating healthier and doing cardio three to four times a week and you should see a difference. Just make sure you don't overdo it and change your routine once a month a month so you don't hit a plateau. Also chloe ting on youtube has amazing workouts you could look her up and she has free workout programs and they fit all kinds of different goals. Hope this helps and good luck.

Ask your DNA to stop telling your body where to store the excess calories you consume due to the regular presence of sugars in your diet disabling your hunger off switch.
