    f(x) = a cos(bx + c) + d

    d = (2 + -4)/2 = -1

    a = |2 - -4|/2 = 3

    c = 0

    b = (90/(60 - 0)) = 3/2

    f(x) = 3 cos(3x/2) - 1

    90 degree phase shift for sin:f(x) = 3 sin(3x/2+90°) - 1
