When is the bed time of the day to get an accurate reading when weighing yourself?

    There is no best time. Your weight fluctuates constantly during the day. Usually you are lighter in the morning and heavier just before bedtime, but even that's not exact.

    So, the best thing is to do your weight at the same time each day, preferably twice a day -- once in the morning and once at night, then take the average of the two. If the average is the same from day to day (and that's your intention) then you have a reasonably accurate result for comparison. If you're trying to lose weight, then the average will show a reasonable daily variation that you can make decisions on.
