If their was no joy in reproduction. You only did it to reproduce, Would most men never get married?

    Then, the world wouldn't be so overpopulated, hopefully. 

    By the way, my wife & I choose not to have kid, because we are selfish and love our freedom (mentally & financially) too much. And in a way, we are helping the society and the world by not introducing even more people into this already-overpopulated world.

    The first joy in reproduction is the joy of having a child and maybe a son to pass on the family name.

    And the happiness that having children brings.

    Now people reproduce for the adrenaline rush and some distorted competition with their friends.

    While their seed is flushed into the gutter
