If they have Neapolitan ice cream, then why not Cosmopolitan ice cream?

What about Metropolitan ice cream?  Maybe they all have copyright, right?

"Neapolitan" means from Naples, Italy, where the tricolor ice cream served in blocks is thought to have originated.

Metropolitan ice cream would be extremely well groomed and fit, I suppose, and Cosmopolitan would be urbane...

Cosmopolitan Ice Cream is a violation of Cosmopolitan Magazine. And they ARE noted to sue for copyright infringement.
