what do you do to reduce stress?

    Take a walk.  Have a cup of chamomile tea.  Pray. Count my blessings.    Read Psalms in the Bible; also the Gospel of John and the rest of the New Testament.    Look up Philippians 4:6-8.

    Stretch and sunbathe.  It's the only way to be sure.

    I watch a Joe Biden speech.  I either laugh hysterically or slip into a deep sleep.
