Maybe not the largest, but there are still some aircraft from the Convair C-240 family in service as combis.

There are a few Ilyushin Il-18 still around, though, by now, most, if not all, operational aircraft have been converted to cargo.  There are also lots of Antonov An-24/26 still carrying passengers.

There are DC-7 still operating as cargo (slightly larger than the Lockheed 188 Electra).

If you insist on regular and scheduled passenger operation, then you would have to settle for still in production, comparatively modern turboprop airplane like the Q400.

Probably a DC 3.  There are some military transport cargo planes that have some seats for passangers.
