    In my last few weeks of school, before I moved to Portland, OR for a summer job.  There was a lot of ash.

    I was in Victoria, Canada visiting friends. I ended up with dust on my windshield because it was parked outside.

    Far away in the Northeast USA. But if I recall correctly, we got a little soot thousands of miles away.
