Feel horrible after intense sports?
For three hours straight I played ultimate frisbee, netball, and basketball. It was so much fun, and I do consider myself a healthy and fit person. It has been three hours after the sports event and I am feeling absolutely terrible. My muscles are fatigued to the point where walking was difficult. I have been drinking tonnes of water but I haven't urinated even once. I have a headache. My heart rate is pretty high, above 100, it hasn't really cooled down at all.
Is this serious? What should I do?
