Most people do. Most ladies have one breast larger than the other. peoples faces are never mirror image, but if it is something that is TOO noticeable, their are make up tips, and even surgical option if the anatomy of your body impairs functioning, may be reasonable. don't sweat the small stuff though.

We all come in different shapes and sizes.  As long as your weight is within a recommended range and you are maintaining good health practices you are OK.

Who gets to decide what IS "proportionate"?

Who does have a perfectly proportioned body? Work with what you have. Once you know what looks good on you, it's easy from then on.

absolutely, course 'okay' to being disproportionate is subjective.

An old girlfriend didn't like her nose and thought she had a small chest so she wore bizarre makeup or glasses so people wouldn't notice her nose and she'd wear yoga pants knowing people would notice her behind as opposed to her front.

    Sure it's okay

Yes, of course it is.  Not everyone has the perfect body (or what some people think of AS perfect).  Accepting who we are, just AS we are, is more important than trying conform to someone else's ideal.
