How do stop caring about one sided friendships?

If they're really one sided, then they're not really friendships. Any friendship to be real must be two-way. When someone indicates a lack of interest in being a friend, that is a clear signal one needs to find someone else who would like to have a friendship.

Dont waste time on people who dont appreciate you, its not worth it! You will end up heartbroken and regretful of it, just. Find someone who is happy to have u as a friend.

Get rid of that toxicity. Not all friendships are great but when one takes, takes, takes 

while the other gives, gives, gives; it's only a matter of time before it ends & not well.
