Would you let the entire US economy go down the drain to save 1 person by keeping everyone at home?
There is obviously some point where we have to get back to work even though some will die of the virus. People will also die if we don't go back to work as they did in the depression of the 1930s. What is the acceptable number of virus deaths to you to get the economy started again?
The 2018-2019 flu season killed 34,200 in the US so at least that number must be acceptable as we do not close down everything for it.

We won't compare the dead guys in economics. Because the economic activities will be stopped if we are dead, even in the long run. So you should formulate your question again to ask in economics section. Besides, economic factors cannot be negative.

To save 1 person? No.
But if it's hurting the economy to save thousands? Then it becomes a really tough call.

there are some parts of the economy that I wouldn't mind losing: tobacco-industry, fur-industry..
The measures can be lifted once the covid-19-wards of hospitals are empty, IMHO

THE BEST THING TO DO IS CLOSE THE AREAS WHERE THE MOST CORNA VIRUS CASES ARE. LET THE REST OF THE PEOPLE GO BACK TO WORK AND KEEP WEARING MASKS AND USING SANITIZERS, AS WELL AS KEEPING A GOOD DISTANCE FROM EACH OTHER. THE ECONOMY OF MOST COUNTRIES WILL NOT SURVIVE IF WE DO NOT GET BACK TO WORK. ONLY A SELECT FEW CAN WORK FROM HOME.
THERE IS NO ACCEPTABLE NUMBER OF VIRUS DEATHS, TO GET THE ECONOMIES RESTARTED AGAIN, BUT PRECAUTIONS AS ABOVE MUST BE ADHERED TO.
THIS IS NOT GOING AWAY ISA 28:22 "A CONSUMPTION IS DETERMINED UPON THE WHOLE EARTH" KJV.
CONSUMPTION = TUBERCULOSIS= COVID 19= CORONAVIRUS.
