Why did Trump say Covid-19 CASES would go down to zero in a few days a month ago, and now says 100K Americans may DIE FROM IT now, under his?

"leadership"?

    He routinely vacillates between fantasy and reality and often doesn't know the consequential difference when speaking to Americans needing the hard, cold facts and leadership of integrity.
