Does anyone know that if the Corona virus stimulus money is approved, will it have to be paid back when next year's taxes are filed?

No.

There will be a second chance to qualify for the stimulus check on the 2020 return, but only for the people who didn't get the full amount the first time.  

Unfortunately, many tax software programs project tentative refunds and in 2008, they included the stimulus in the amount, then asked if the person got the money.  If they said yes (as most would), the amount was reduced.  This led to the erroneous belief that people were paying it back.  The real answer is you ONLY GET IT ONCE.
