How can I improve my eyesight?

My eye sight isn't too bad, but I noticed it getting worst. I've cut down screen time, and am eating foods that are known to help assist your eyes and reduce strain

If you are having a hard time seeing, get an exam and get glasses!

There's nothing you can do to improve your eyesight.  It has to do with the shape of the eyeballs themselves, or the shape of the lenses inside.  There's nothing you can do to fix that with diet or exercise or proper mental attitude or prayer.  Go get your eyes checked and get a pair of glasses, and then you'll be able to see better.

Years ago there was an eye exercise program marketed on TV called the See Clearly Method.  It was shut down by courts almost immediately.  The techniques actually go back to the 1920s, and they never worked.  They were never proven in trials, in fact there were no trials!  Totally bogus.

OTOH carrots are good for your health generally.  They have lots of fiber and beta carotene.
