Smiley Piercing?

This may be a dumb question but... when I was in elementary school I had gum surgery after I got my braces off. I had that flappy tissue above my top teeth cut off so it wouldn’t separate my teeth again. Looking back I think it was a frenectomy? But now that I’m in my 20’s I really want a smiley piercing but don’t know if I can get one? Can I get a piercing there although I had that surgery? I don’t really have that piece up there anymore :// Idk maybe someone who’s more experienced can tell me where the piercing goes through and such and if it’s possible

No, you do not have the anatomy to support this piercing.

These piercings are mainly temporary, they cause a great deal of gum and tooth damage after only a few months.  You aren't really missing out on anything.
