7 years (and counting) , are Man United becoming the 'new Arsenal' lol ?

Arsenal are 16 years (and counting) btw.

After this season finishes, it will be 7 years since Manchester United last experienced being the Champions of England.

Not that they need have forgotten what that feels like, they are after all record holder 13 times premier league winners after all.

But its nice to see that they won't be capable of wrestling the EPL crown away from us any time soon lol

With dead certainty, the will not be able to win the prem in the next two to three seasons not while we keep this squad and add to it and not while Jurgen Klopp is at the helm! ^_^

What makes it more difficult is Man Citeh, they too won't let Man U get a sniff of the epl title either.

  • It's rather shocking to see how badly United have managed things post-Fergie. As I've said repeatedly the Glazers seem more interested in selling shirts and tickets to foreign fans than winning. Look at the deals that Liverpool have made (Salah was a bargain at 40mm, Robertson was next to nothing, Henderson was dirt cheap by modern standards, and they basically funded VVD and Alisson through selling Coutinho) by comparison. TAA is an academy product. United are not producing players from their academy (much less the class of '92) and every 2 months they want to sack the manager (having said that, Fergie would have never lasted as long as he did before winning a title in this era) and it's not the destination it was a decade ago.
