Exactly why are some people targets to evil people in the world? Why is this world so evil? Why is this allowed to go on?

If someone looks vulnerable, why in the absolute      do people try to hurt them mentally or physically. Regardless if doesn't matter if it's a woman or man, no matter the age or race. Why do I suffer? Does being skinny and black make you vulnerable to evil people? Does being religious make you vulnerable?!

    Because we were originally Bored Cherubs who begged God to let us come into His imagined Growing-up Place we are also here to learn to love everyone unconditionally .

    Such conditions were prophesied to occur during the last days. 2 Timothy 3:1-5 "But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, and having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, betrayers, headstrong, puffed up with pride, lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, having an appearance of godliness but proving false to its power; and from these turn away."

    I guarantee you that you have absolutely no idea what 'evil' even is.

    Evil masquerades as a 'messenger of light,' (2 Corinthians 11:14). It lulls you into believing that it is good, noble, enlightened, 'progressive' and futuristic while temporarily constructing enjoyable things for you, only to create the worst possible kind of 'crash.' Even afterwards, it will convince you that it was the 'price of Progress,' noble heroism, or some necessary evil while 'something else' is to blame. That 'something else' is usually genuine goodness, which many people actually view as evil. By defaming goodness, they trap themselves inside cycles of evil.

    This why holy scripture tells us that discerning the true difference between good and evil requires 'repetitive practice,' (Greek: 'hexis,' Hebrews 5:14).

    The problem is that, for now and until God intervenes again, according to 1 John 5:19 New International Version (NIV):

    19 We know that we are children of God, [but] the whole world is under the control of the evil one.

    However, according to Psalm 37:10-11 New International Version (NIV)

    10 A little while [more], and the wicked will be no more;

        though you look for them, they will not be found.

    11 But the meek will inherit the land

        and enjoy peace and prosperity.

    LOVE including Caring for others, comes only from and with GOD!

    Atheists and devil followers canNOT feel anymore than each of their own LUST for only each of their own wants!  Usually not caring for any others; unless it maybe how they can use the other person.

    With GOD comes LOVE and always concerned for others!

    We humans are tricky little primates, and when we find someone with something we like, we try to figure out a way to obtain it.

    Fortunately, some of us have evolved it at a higher rate than others, and we recognize it's in the best interest of the entire species to not do that to each other.
