I am 19, does that mean I am off my parents YMCA plan?

At 10 years old, I'd know the answers to this.

    1. Read the plans details.

    2. Ask your parents

    3. Find out from the YMCA about the particular plan your family has, as often there are promotions that offer different options at different times.

Where I live in the PNW, the YMCA offers plans for households, for people that are all living at the same address, that may or may not be related to each other. You would not know of these options, if you didn't ask about them upfront.

So since no one  online can see which plan your parents signed up for, there is no real way to get a meaningful answer without much more detail from you.

It would depend on the details of the YMCA plan.  Ask your parents or the YMCA, they have the information to answer your question.
