For strength: compound exercises including Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Overhead Press, Barbell Row, Push-ups and Chin-ups. Heavy weight, low reps.
For stamina: High intensity interval training (HIIT) sprints. Sprinting 30 seconds, jogging 60 seconds, repeat for 15 minutes.
