Will the monarchy collapse now that Prince Andrew will not be performing royal duties?

    Of course not! And Prince Charles has been looking to have fewer official working royals any way.

    No of course not, there are plenty of younger royals to pick up the slack, he really did not do much anyway.

    Andrew’s situation has caused the public to focus more intently on the monarchy than they normally do. This increased focus has people debating whether monarchy is valid in this day and age.

    No. It's a large family. They have plenty of other royals to attend bridge openings, etc.

    The monarchy will be fine.  Andrew wasn't next in line -- he was fifth.

    We can only hope, but they've been able get by before without him. Royal duties are pretty low effort anyways.
