What can cause congestion, sneezing, and watering eye in cats?

We've had our new kitten for about three weeks and she has been treated twice for respiratory infection via injection antibiotics. The last treatment was just over a week ago and has not helped. The vet said it would start to work within a couple days of administration. Now I'm worried that she may have something worse than a simple respiratory infection, or something potentially contagious to our other cats. Do these symptoms resemble any known cat conditions? We can't call the vet until tomorrow since it's Sunday.
