BSOD on computer?

Hi, i have been haing BSOD the latest couple of days and i have redownloaded my pc with no result. There is something wrong with my driver but i don't know what. Dumpfile say its caused by ntoskrnl.exe, but i read that that ntoskrnl.exe is the symptome and not the cause. Please help me read the dumpfile below.

suggest you use hard disk manager software from DVD drive to copy the data off the HDD and then simply wipe, reformat, and reinstall
