Dog itching people?
You know when a dog has an itch and they reach back to itch it with their mouth? They nip at their fur really fast (it’s super cute hehe). Sometimes one of my dogs itches the other ones ear, but most commonly people’s arms occasionally. It’s super cute! Anyone know why they do this?

Rubbing their bodies/heads against another or a human is one way to bond with members of their "pack". And just like you like a good scratch now and then. So do dogs and cats.

flea nipping. using the incisors to get to a flea. It also becomes part of grooming.

It's to amuse children like you. Nothing quite as cute as a dog being tormented by an itch the dog can't reach.
I have NO idea what "most commonly" and "occasionally" mean in the sme sentence.

Funny that you mention a dog is “tormented” when they can’t reach an itch. If their mouth can reach it, it means they can actually reach it... there’s no way they’re tormented by it.
