Is this maturity level normal for 25?

She is a 25 yr old lady, investment manager, aspiring stock trader, makes a 6 figure salary, extremely intelligent, highly looked upon her higher ups. She is extremely mature for her age professionally and for most of her personal life in general. No immature decisions or complaints.  However she does have her flare up immature moments where she talks back to her parents and uncles, doesn't always listen to their desired instructions, runs around and chase her cousins in the supermarket, gets revenge by playing silly pranks on them, mocking her boss by making a exaggerated choking face, being at the randomest places such as two states away or mayor's kid's house when everyone is at home sleeping, very adventurous ballsy risk taker, does things that older adults cannot understand, might be seen as mischievous at times.

Basically she acts like shes still an old teenager and still kinda speaks like shes in college.

If she lives with her parents then it's 'Their house , their rules. The same for her uncles. Her cousins might find her fun.

For 4 years she has been an adult and does not have to listen to you. Maybe her immaturity is because she is being treated like a child.

Why would a 25 year old have to listen to what her parents tell her to do? She's an adult, she supports herself and makes her own life choices, which means she and her parents/uncles are equals. How she chooses to live her life now is her own business.

varies based on culture + family you grew up

At least she can control her behaviour while at work, and so long that there are no laws getting broken when she's out doing her adventurous thing on her own time. Sounds like she would be the life at any party.

Well seems like story of angel . good , some people are like that , when its work they become extreme professionals and bossy . born bosses . its good for work but not for family or outside world , that too esp with husband , no man likes to be commanded by his wife , its good if she pack up that attitude after office hours , sadly this much achievement in young age will gives superior complex and egoistic nature . she wont be submissive to spouse , unless spouse is one step higher in status to her . no doubt she has bubbly personality but too much of maturity demands superior things in life . not adjustable type .
