You gotta have love. Otherwise life becomes empty and tiring and overwhelming. Most of us are awash in love as kids and school children. Around end of college we relatively suddenly find ourselves alone and if we don't put together a loving relationship, the afterglow of our childhood loves and friends and parents runs out - leaving us spooked, frightened, confused, and increasingly angry. Gotta make love a priority. Look at the rest of these posts. About every 5th one is someone asking what is the point of life - it's empty, meaningless, etc.
