How do you make fake blood?

    A bit of trivia: in the old black and white TV and movies days, they used chocolate syrup for fake blood. That obviously went out of style when TV and movies were all in color

    It is a lot easier and cheaper to get real blood. Just walk into an urban area with a bucket and $5. Ask the first homeless person you see. Fresh Blood! (not safe for consumption)

    There is many fake blood recipes 1 is simply ketchup with a little bit of water added to it. Another is glycerin with red food coloring added to it.
