Since there is "the way of God more perfectly" (Acts 18:26) for baptism is not water (Acts 18:25) what is the "one baptism" (Eph 4:5)?

The only correct baptism is the ghostly baptizm in the holy ghost. All wet baptism is just diluting the baptism with water to make it more visible in order to add more show for the audience.

Ephesians 4 refers to baptism by water (by immersion). Read Romans 6. Baptism by immersion is necessary in symbolism of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

1) Since there is "the way of God more perfectly" (Acts 18:26)
Yes. And...what does that passage teach us was that "way"? Namely: that Jesus is the Christ, and that the baptism of John was "old hat".
2) for baptism is not water (Acts 18:25)
Acts 18:25 does not teach anything of the sort.
3) what is the "one baptism" (Eph 4:5)
The particular baptism to which Paul was referring was
the baptism instructed by Jesus in the Gospels
baptism in the name of the Father and Son and Holy Spirit.

Acts 8:38: “They both went down into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized [“immersed,” ED, Ro] him.”
Mark 1:9, 10: “Jesus . . . was baptized [“immersed,” ED, Ro] in the Jordan [River] by John. And immediately on coming up out of the water he saw the heavens being parted.”
John 3:5: “Unless anyone is born from water and spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.” (A person is ‘born from spirit’ at the time of his baptism with that spirit. Luke 12:32 shows that only a “little flock” have that privilege. See also Revelation 14:1-3.)
