How to get someone on DACA deported?

    Conviction for a felony negates the DACA protections... So I guess you could convince this person to commit a major crime.

    Why would you need or want to? Is it because she's your husband's ex, and is the mother of his child, and that infuriates you? Or what?

    If they commit any crime, report it. If they are convicted of any crime, DACA is supposed to be revoked, with deportation & bar to reentry. Notify ICE Hotline of any fraud, criminal charges in progress, any criminal conviction.
