Why Do Unbelievers go to Hell(Eternal Punishment) rather than get Annhilated.?
Do we have any choice in our own Creation?
Hell for Eternity is Twisted and Awful and no one deserves it.
Why cant Humans simply just go back to Non Existence if they choose not to Submit to God. Hell is Awful and the ultimate horror.
Seems like the Love is Conditional as well.

They don't. People go to hell only to be purified of sin. Even then, hell is never forever. Rev. 20:12-14 shows that death and hell must both be emptied and destroyed so that the resurrections and final judgment can take place. There is only finite punishment for finite sin. God's love, justice, and mercy are all intact, and that's what I think you wanted to know.
Human beings can't cease to exist. Our spirits are immortal and cannot be destroyed.

Because annihilation would not be perfect justice.
Thank you for demonstrating the truth of the Bible.
Romans 9:18-21 So then he has mercy on whomever he wills, and he hardens whomever he wills. (19) You will say to me then, “Why does he still find fault? For who can resist his will?” (20) But who are you, O man, to answer back to God? Will what is molded say to its molder, “Why have you made me like this?” (21) Has the potter no right over the clay, to make out of the same lump one vessel for honorable use and another for dishonorable use?

Non believers do not go to hell as hell does not exist

The general view held among most mainstream/ evangelical churches including the catholic church is that God created a place called Hell somewhere in eternity where the unsaved go immediately after death to be tormented in fire and utter horror.
Is this view really based on the bible?
It might surprise many christians to know that the meaning of hell from any bible concordance gives a definition of "The unseen state" with the Hebrew word "sheol" as a reference !
When we consult the word grave from a concordance it also means "The unseen state" (sheol)
Hebrew "sheol" The Grave (unseen state)
English "hell" (unseen state)
Even the Greek word "hades" has a meaning of "The unseen world"
Why do none of these words mean "an eternal conscious torment in fire"?
The word hell is used over 50 times in the bible (King James version) and there is only ONE instance where it is connected with a person being in torment and fire --- a story Jesus told the corrupt Pharisees (Luke 16:14) on "a certain rich man" being in hell in fire and torment (Luke 16:19-24)
Was this a factual story from Jesus on the state of the unsaved after death?
Some christians have viewed this story from Jesus as being a story of satire to mock the Pharisees false ideas on the afterlife.
In general usage the word hell is simply another name for the Grave in the bible.
We read Jonah spent 3 days and 3 nights in the belly of a fish/whale (Jon 1:17 ) In (Jon 2:2) Jonah refers to this belly as HELL.
Jonah was not in fire and torment in hell !
We read our Lord Jesus spent 3 days and 3 nights dead in the heart of the earth (Matt 12:41)
In HELL (Psa 16:10 & Acts 2:27-31)
In the GRAVE (1Cor 15:55) which is also translated as hades or hell!
Isn't this proof from the bible that hell is the common grave where the dead are in a state of non-existence?
Why are christians saying Jesus gave hell a new meaning when he referred to it as hell fire ?(Matt 5:22-30)
This hellfire in the Greek is called Gehenna. It was a real place back in our Lord's time a city rubbish dump in Jerusalem where dead animal bodies were burnt up by fire -- Jesus warned the unrepentant Jews they would suffer the humiliation of having their dead bodies burnt up like animal bodies in Gehenna (hellfire).
That is the context of this hellfire -- Jesus was NOT speaking of a hellfire somewhere in eternity for the unsaved.
God is NOT some cruel and sadistic monster who places people in a torture type chamber and allows them to be tormented in fire forever and ever...because they rejected his Son Jesus Christ for their salvation.
(Rom 6:23) The wages of sin is DEATH-- not eternal conscious torment in fire for the unsaved.
The words "perish", "destroy" and "destruction" in regards to the unsaved mean just that ! (Matt 10:28, John 3:15-16,& 2Thess 1:9) Destroyed out of existence never to live again --- death is the opposite of life !
The lake of fire is NOT the final place of hell because it says death and hell will be cast into that place (Rev 20:13-15) never to exist anymore!
Jesus is the resurrection and the LIFE (John 11:25) If you will believe in his death, burial, and resurrection for your sins (1Cor 15:1-4) then you will have eternal life through the resurrection after you die and sleep in the grave/hell ! (1Cor 15:20-23, Eph 5:14, Phil 3:21 & Tit 1:2)
But its a FREE WILL choice every person must make for themselves -- if a person says no -- then God respects their decision to go to the grave and never live again.Source(s): KJV 1611

Because once the Lord creates us, He creates us as eternal beings.
Everybody can easily avoid hell. So the blame is on you if you don't.
Nobody can be good enough to avoid hell. The truth is that death leads to immediate heaven or hell, depending only on whether the person believed in Jesus for eternal life, or not.
The truth is that Jesus loves you and wants to bless your life freely :) Most of all, Jesus wants you with Him forever, and not in hell. The truth is that every belief except one will lead to eternal torment in the lake of fire for every person. Because nothing pays for our sins except the death and blood of Jesus, the sacrifice of Jesus that is already accomplished by Him . Jesus loves you! The truth is that Jesus is God, and Jesus died on the cross to pay for all of our sins in full, and then Jesus resurrected from the dead. Nothing else pays for our sins, not works, not deeds, not religions. So the only way to heaven and to avoid hell, is by believing in Jesus for eternal life (John 6:47), without adding any of your own works (Romans 4:5). Believe in Jesus to take you to heaven, and you will be in heaven, no matter what, guaranteed. That easy, thanks to Jesus! Tell Jesus that you thank Him that you will be with Him in heaven when you die, because you believe in Jesus! It is too late to be saved, after death

I'd trust more what *Jesus* said -- "destroy body and soul", "perish", (and this is the "second death") -- to know what that final outcome for the unrepentant is. I'd trust Jesus *instead* of people repeating their mere doctrines they learned in some church, with which others disagree.
As Paul wrote:
"...where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears."
In the end, I simply trust Jesus's words more than all the old familiar doctrines people argue over.

Hell is the common grave of mankind-Rev 20:13. The dead know nothing at all and thoughts perish at death-Eccl 9:5,6,9,10;Psalms 146:3,4 jw.org

You may well believe that this happens. Most of it is made up by early American Fundamentalists, trying to scare money out of their followers. Always check your sources.
Have you heard of Freedom of Religion?

Because God is too kind to annihilate anyone.
Do you want to be frozen in time, at the moment when you are annihilated? Thank God that you will have a home, even if a home with nasty roommates, even if you reject Him, rather than obliterating you.
Although, in Hell, death will be an option. The Bible says that death will be confined to Hell.
