how much weight can you lose in a week if you consume 1500 a day and burn 1000 everyday?

plus take natural pills like garcina cambogia and green tea pills too and drink a lot of water

    As much weight as your body wants to give up. Everyone is completely different and it depends upon what you're eating. Lose the grains and sugars and you'll lose more weight. Eat natural fats. FATS do not make us fat - sugars and empty carbs are what make people fat.
