with a 3500 calorie burn a day and eating 1500 a day how much weight can i lose in one week?

    You asked a similar version of this question and when i answered i forgot to mention that weight loss is 80% about what we eat -- and only 20% about exercise.

    4, but you will not maintain a 3500 daily burn. That weight loss rate is too fast.

    a pound is roughly 3500 calories, so you "lose" about 14,000 a week, so maybe 4 pounds (up to 2 kg)
