If I had a daughter that told me to "f off" she'd be met with a slap across the face and locked in her room for the week.

Can t really force people to stop blurtin out stuff. She ll back off from that sorta thing when she feels enough, not just your expanding love, but real respect and trust. The results will be cool.

my friend's daughter did this in front of me. if that was my daughter, she'd be on her knees for a week, scrubbing the floor. my friend is a doormat to her. she s a selfish, foul mouthed, rude and entitled 20 year old. they gave her a car and she has zero chores and has been running her parents' house for years, quite obviously. it disgusted me to see what my friend lets her get away with. she created it partially but some of it is the daughter's fault. you get what you put up with and sadly they spoiled her.

Slap her across her face for cussing at you, that's not right at all.

Think about the context of the situation.

Is she in an age proup where suck language is typically expected?
