How much weight would you lose if you didn't eat fruit or anything with sugar in it?

Did you know there was sugar in fruit. You also gain weight if you eat lots of fats and don't take much exercise. You should eat everything in moderation, if you don't consume more calories than you expend in exercise then you won't gain any weight.

It depends entirely upon what else you're eating.

Whether or not one loses weight depends on what they eat, how much they eat, and how much they exercise. Cutting out fruit and sugar can have an affect in that regard.

That would be very unhealthy. Sugar is only harmful when eaten alone as in candy or soda. Fruits, berries, root vegetables and dairy products have many important nutrients, and no harmful effects on blood sugar. They will have even less effect if eaten as part of a balanced meal.

It would all depend what you ate to replace the fruit.
- fats - probably put on weight
- carbs - put on weight
- protein - MAY lose a bit.
Ini general, though - very bad idea, since you would miss out in a lot of nutrients
