What are the grades of the aluminium alloy sheets and which country can I find the best quality of aluminium alloy sheets?

The quality and the alloy aren't correlated. The quality is a function of the manufacturer. So the real question is what are you going to do with the aluminum sheets. A very expensive alloy might be the wrong choice, where a less expensive alloy might be a perfect choice. But sadly, we don't know the end use of the sheets.

There are a dozen common AL alloy grades and many treatment options. 6061 is very common, 1000 series is common for architectural use, 7075 is very strong, 5000 series is corrosion resistant and very weldable. Define parameters (environment, strength, cost, type of fabrication) and then choose a grade of AL that meets your parameters. Most major countries have high quality AL alloys.
