Is e.e cummings’ poem “somewhere i have never travelled” about true love or obsession or romantic infatuation?

What’s the difference? How does the speaker express the power of love?

True love is an obsession, and Cummings knew that and wrote about it. It sounds like he's in love with the person he's talking to, and he's expressing his admiration to tell her how he feels. It's the subtlety in how he feels that shows his passion and extreme attachment to her, which would be true love.
