How did you get your pcos cycles back to normal?

    I have PCOS and I lost weight... that's the only thing that helped regulate my periods. However having a period (since this is in the TTC section) does't mean you ovulate.

    by taking Metformin (aka stabilising my blood insulin level)

    You discuss it with your doctor to find out the best course of treatment for YOUR specific situation. What happened for the next woman (or even the next ten women) may not be the best solution for you.

    Some women use Metformin. Some use the Pill. If you're TTC, often Clomid is discussed. But again, only your doctor can tell you what's best in your case.

    I have PCOS and weight loss would've almost certainly sent me into total amenorrhea because it would've put me severely underweight.
