Should Kavanaugh be investigated?

Sen. Kennedy: "Are Ms. Ramirez's allegations about you true?"

Kavanaugh: “None of the witnesses in the room support that. If that had happened, that would have been the talk of campus in our freshman dorm.”

The NYT is now reporting that it was.

He also lied in another way too. One of the Senators, I forget who, asked when he had heard of the allegations from Deborah Ramirez and he said that he first heard of them when they were published in the media. But we have text messages from friends of his from before the story was published where they talked about his people lining them up as witnesses to refute Ramirez claims.

Why did SCOTUS Kennedy abruptly retire?

What did Kennedy’s son (who worked at Deutche Bank) have to do with this?

    Who paid Kavanaugh debt?

That would be hearsay. Who and where are those accusers? If you can't produce them R.C. that makes you a liar. You never heard anything other than those voices in your head.

We first must determine if the claims have any factual support at all.

If they do not, move on.

I guess when this blows away like smoke, dems will claim he had a sex change as a teen.

Yes, except the alleged victim wasn't interviewed, and her friends who were said she didn't remember such an incident.

Until the "victim" says there was an incident, there's no incident.

  • The investigation is over. It has been 30+ years Move on. There has been ample time to cook up new phony evidence. Give it a rest.
