Can I smoke a cigarette right now without getting sick?

I'm on a 32 hour fast, its been going great, much easier than my last fast. Havent smoked a cigarette in three weeks, and I did that easily. I'd like to smoke a cig now, but I have a bad memory of getting super sick from smoking on an empty stomach. I am not addicted to it, though I may once have come close to being addicted to cigarettes. I'm 25 and 170 pounds if that helps at all

I wouldn't smoke. Even though you smoked and didn't become addicted before you can always become addicted

Visit your doctor and ask what they think of your smoking and fasting.

Fasting isn’t good for you at all, there’s healthier ways to lose weight. That’s sad.

Intermittent fasting is great for you! You just can't take it too far. Then it becomes quite the issue.
