What is the best way to fight real OCD.?
I'm afraid of germs and am constantly washing my hands. My thoughts usually focus on my body, any small bump I'm convinced is a wart. Any zit near my lip is a coldsore and any dry skin on my feet is athletes foot. If you had OCD, how did you beat it?
