i have three showers and only one shower has hot water the other ones only have really small amount of hot water that dissipates?

    This is called a "STATEMENT". There is no question.

    OK you have three showers.

    Got that.

    And in two of the showers you have a very small amount of hot water.

    I don't understand. Does it mean that the water trickles out?

    Does it mean that the temperature of the water is too low?

    Does it mean that after a very short time the water cools off?

    So your statement does not actually tell us what is happening.

    Relevant factors might be the distance from the hot water service. Or the water pressure. Or the size of pipes. Or the type of insulation. Or the type of shower head.

    Now once we know the facts why not ask us something? That helps if you actually want an answer.

    Maybe you need another water heater. In a bigger house that’s what some people have to do.
