How come when I do a search for black or African american real estate agents, the search only shows white real estate agents?

    Maybe you are not looking hard enough?

    Go to realtor.com and insert your city. Then at the very top select "find an agent."

    Because there is no real database of black agents to search.

    Race of agents is normally not listed so there's no way to search on it

    Because people dont call themselves "black real estate agents" for the search engines.

    Because real estate agents don't use skin color as part of their advertising so google doesn't know who is white, black, purple or orange.

    If you want a Black real estate agent look at the Black business owners association or find members of a predominately Black church.

    Because no real estate agent advertises the colour of their skin, because the colour of their skin has absolutely no relevance to their abilities as a real estate agent.
